We have chosen the stunning 5-star, all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos in Mexico for our wedding celebrations!

We are working with our wedding travel agent, Cristina Campagna, to help make the room booking process easy and smooth for everyone.

Cristina has secured special group rates for our guests and blocked a number of rooms during our wedding week — April 7th to 12th, 2026.

You can choose to book for any number of nights (minimum of 3 and maximum of 7) within those dates using our exclusive room block rates.

We highly recommend booking early! If your preferred room type isn’t available, feel free to reach out to Cristina — she might be able to request more.

We also suggest arriving 24 to 36 hours before the wedding day, just in case of flight delays, so you can fully enjoy the celebration (and maybe even hit the swim-up bar a little early 😉)

Flights into Los Cabos International Airport are to be booked separately by guests. This allows for flexibility depending on the number of nights you are planning to visit. Please see the 'Flight & Airport Transfer' section below for more information.

Wedding Date: April 10th, 2026

Travel Window: April 7th–12th, 2026 You can book as many nights as you'd like within these dates (minimum 3-night stay). The group rates listed below apply only during this window. We strongly recommend arriving at least 24–36 hours before the wedding in case of any travel delays or cancellations.

Deposit Deadline: To secure your room at the group rate, a non-refundable deposit of USD $200 per room is required by November 28th, 2025 (130 days before arrival). After this date, rooms will be subject to availability and current rate which may be priced higher. This deposit is refundable up until January 6th, 2026 in case you need to cancel your travel plans.

Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged on February 7th, 2026 (60 days before arrival) to the card used at the time of booking.

Cancellations received before January 06, 2026 have no penalty. 91 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no penalties applicable.

Cancellations on or after January 07, 2026 will incur $200 penalty. Between 90 - 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is non refundable.

Cancellations on or after February 06, 2026 will incur 50% penalty. Between 60 - 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

Cancellations on or after March 08, 2026 will incur 100% penalty. Between 30 - 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the same form.

2. Shared transportation to and from the airport are included in the price. This means you might be in the transfer with other guests.

3. Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport.

Important to note: If you book at a different hotel/resort, you cannot partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100 USD per person/per day. Please also beware that day passes are not guaranteed to be available pending the resort capacity at your arrival date.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You can go ahead and secure them at any time with your favorite airline.
